These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of digitalsummitlabs.com (the “Site”), operated by Digital Summit LLC. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is an informational website about Digital Summit LLC and the products we are building. It is not itself a product, and access to it does not grant access to any application.

2. Product availability

Products described on the Site are in development, testing, or planning unless a page explicitly states that a product is available. Descriptions of planned features are statements of current intent, not commitments, and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Use of any Digital Summit application, once released, is governed by that product’s own terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, including by introducing malicious code or by placing unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means.
• Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or abusive content through our forms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, layout, logos, product names, and the Digital Summit mark — are owned by Digital Summit LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from its content without our prior written permission.

5. Submissions

If you send us an enquiry, proposal, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your message. Please do not send confidential information through the Site; nothing you send through it creates a confidentiality obligation unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Summit LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Summit LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms or any part of the Site at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
