This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Summit LLC (“Digital Summit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with digitalsummitlabs.com (the “Site”). Our mobile and web applications are covered by their own product privacy policies, which are provided with each product.

If you contact us or submit the Partner With Us form, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, company, email address, the partnership type and product you selected, and the content of your message.

Our hosting provider records standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This data is used to serve the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose faults.

What we do not collect

The Site does not run advertising networks, does not sell personal information, and does not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

• To respond to enquiries and partnership requests you send us.

• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to the information transferred.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

6. Data retention

Messages you send us are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence, and are deleted when they are no longer needed for that purpose or when you ask us to delete them.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect the information entrusted to us and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
